Shipping Policy

At TrustLink Finance, we prioritize precision not only in the auto parts we deliver, but also in how they reach you. Every shipment is handled with care, using verified logistics partners and packaging designed to preserve mechanical integrity during transport.

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information associated with each product's serial ID or SKU. Orders containing customized or special-order components may require additional lead time, which will be clearly communicated prior to dispatch.

We currently ship to most industrial regions and service hubs. Shipping times vary based on destination and selected delivery method. For high-volume or palletized orders, we provide freight coordination and can assist with customs documentation upon request.

We are not responsible for delays caused by external logistics providers, customs clearance, or force majeure events. However, our support team monitors all shipments and will proactively assist in the case of exceptions or route discrepancies.
