Refund and Returns Policy

TrustLink Finance stands behind the performance and compatibility of our automotive components. However, we recognize that certain applications may require returns due to misfits, surplus, or compliance concerns. Our return policy is designed to support professional buyers while ensuring supply chain integrity.

Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days from delivery date for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging. All returns must be authorized in advance and accompanied by the relevant order number and component identifiers.

Customized, OEM-specific, or special-order parts are not eligible for standard returns unless a defect in materials or manufacturing is verified. In such cases, we offer full replacement or refund following product inspection.

Upon receiving and inspecting returned items, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our internal error or confirmed product defect.
